The next installment of our "South Carolina football underclass" series features the J.L. Mann Patriots, led by Coach Kevin Burnette.

2020 CLASS

Deonte Sloan - A rising senior receiver with excellent size at 6-foot-2, 185 pounds.

Justin Lee - This 5-foot-11, 195-pounder can play linebacker or on the edge in high school and could grow into a full-time LB at the collegiate level.

2021 CLASS

Reed Morrissey - This ultra-productive linebacker had 107 tackles last season and carries a 4.3 GPA.

Noah Staples - The young Mann quarterback has arm talent and size at 6-foot-3, 200-pounds. Definitely one to watch going forward.

Se'maj Johnson - A two-way player at running back and defensive back who could also have college potential.

Quavon Burgess - Like Johnson, another player who fits in on both sides of the ball at running back and defensive back.

2022 CLASS

Jack Williams - A hybrid LB/DE who's a rising sophomore and one the J.L. Mann staff believes could be a college-level prospect.
