SC hoopsters Nichols, others set to play in tourney

Conway's Jimmy Nichols (Providence signee) and other in-state hoops standouts will participate in Phenom Hoops' Palmetto Winter Classic from December 28-30 at Ben Lippen School in Columbia.

The high school teams from the Palmetto State that will participate in the tournament are A.C. Flora, Blythewood, Hammond, Ben Lippen, Conway, and Christian Academy.

Senior Robert Braswell out of Blythewood has offers from Fordham, ODU, JMU, UNCC, Winthrop, Stetson, and others while his teammate Tre Jackson has multiple offers in the 2019 class.

Conway's Jimmy Nichols (Providence) and A.C. Flora's Zack Foulks (Lees McRae) Conway's Darren Grainger is committed to Furman to play football.
