LB Sleeper No More With Five Offers

home to several players who have gone virtually unnoticed heading into their
senior season. LinebackerAvery Murray
is one who is beginning to attract attention and has accumulated four offers,
including one DI.
"Newbery, Coastal Carolina, Wofford, and the University of Buffalo have
all offered Avery," said Knights' coach Trey Woodberry.
Murray (6-1, 210) is one of the leaders for the Knights' defense. He's got
great speed (4.58) and ranks 124 in a class of 445.
He finished the 2007 season with 98 tackles, 3 sacks, and 2 interceptions. As a sophomore in 2006, he had 86 tackles, 4 sacks, and 1 interception.
Other schools showing interest are Furman, who is waiting on his SAT/ACT
score, Maryland, MTSU, UNC, and Citadel.
