In-state prospects shine at Phenom's Low Country Showcase

Phenom Hoop Report held its Low Country Showcase over the weekend and the event was packed with some of the Palmetto State's top basketball talents.

Afterwards, PHR named its game MVPs. Christian Academy's Davis Guyton out of the 2019 class was one, scoring 18 with 6 made 3-pointers and 8 rebounds. His counterpart in the contest was Oceanside Collegiate's Shane McCravy, who posted 21 points, 11 rebounds, and 3 assists.

First Baptist's Mikey Dukes was one of the best overall performers on the day, with a stat line consisting of 18 points, 9 rebounds, 9 assists, and 4 steals in his squad's game against Aiken. Unsigned senior Antonio Bussey added 13 points 10 rebounds, and 4 blocks of his own.

Stall's 6-foot-3 Romello Grant put up 26 points and 14 boards in a game against Cathedral, which featured a 7-three pointer performance from unsigned senior John Price. The latter finished with 31 points overall.

Grant Singleton, an unsigned 6-footer out of Lakewood, scored 16 points with 4 assists and 4 rebounds in the contest against Liberty Heights.

Vanderbilt forward signee Aaron Nesmith did not disappoint, tallying 33 points, 5 made 3-pointers, 5 rebounds, and 3 steals. 2019 standout Trae Hannibal out of Hartsville added 16 points, 9 rebounds, 8 assists, and 3 steals of his own in that game.
